A nice little spin from halfway up the hill towards Pendam, through the forest up to Llyn pendam and then off on the Pendam Trail to the visitor centre. Had a puncture at the top of first climb.

From visitor centre followed the trail back down the Italian Job and then back up to the top of the leg-burner then headed down 'Joe's Back Garden' and out to the road before heading back up to the Hippity Hop and back to the car.

Had another flat on Hippity Hop.
